The Lunchtime Seminar Series sessions will take place monthly from October until May in hybrid mode, with short presentations from professional staff introducing services and guest speakers presenting relevant projects.

The sessions will cover a wide range of themes and research services, emphasizing different stages of the research lifecycle, from services available to support you in the development of Data Management Plans (DMPOnline, Research Data Support), Research Computing (Eddie, Eleanor, Research Services Support), open access (DataShare) and long term-preservation repositories (DataVault) and active data storage services (DataStore). Additionally, the seminars will provide useful information on services supporting your research profile presence (Pure, Edinburgh Research Explorer) and scholarly communications advice.

The learning objectives are to gain awareness of digital research services, learn the fundamental aspects of the digital research life cycle and discover the challenges and opportunities of data and computing services.
